Questions, answered
How far ahead should I order?
Order by the cut-off shown at the top of the page for the next available day. For busy dates like Mother's Day, Valentine's and Diwali, book a few days ahead.
Where do you deliver?
Across Melbourne's west from our Tarneit studio. Enter your postcode in the bag to see the delivery fee straight away. Pickup is always free.
How long do bubble balloons last?
Indoors, away from heaters, air-con vents and direct sun, they stay beautiful for one to three weeks.
Can I change the colours or wording?
Yes, choose your palette and message on each gift. For something completely different, send us a custom request.
